Lunch time bonus: Finding 'flow' in the ambiguous world of vet
Veterinary practice is a reactive, ambiguous and at times, stressful place. Too many people are out of 'Flow' in life and at work. In positive psychology flow is being in the zone; the mental state of operation in which a person performing an activity is fully immersed in a feeling of energized focus, full involvement, and enjoyment in the process of the activity. We believe that people can return to an innate flow state of wellbeing if we actively remove some of the physical, mental and emotional blocks to flow in our practices.
