In the event you are not be able to attend, your pass IS transferable to another member of your practice. Cancellation Policy: Delegates signed up from 1st September 2021, may receive a refund up until 30th September 2022 (less a service fee of 25%). Places may be transferred to attend another CloserStill Media Veterinary Event within 12 months of the London Vet Show conference to another colleague without incurring any extra fees. Conference passes cannot be resold or rolled over to the following year more than once.
