Do you ever struggle to find your voice when you are witnessing workplace discrimination? Have you ever wondered what you can be doing to create more inclusive workplaces?

You will learn when to challenge these behaviours, different ways of doing this and how to practice active allyship in your workplace day-to-day. The theory and techniques from these sessions can be applied in our interactive 'Active Allyship' workshops, though attendance at one isn't required to understand and gain from the other.
