Focussing techniques for successful eyelid surgery and enucleation

The eyelids are critical structures for the health of the ocular surface. A number of conditions that may require surgical correction can commonly affect the eyelids such as entropion, neoplasia, etc. Knowledge of the anatomy and physiology of the eyelids is critical to achieve a successful outcome following eyelid surgery. In this session we will discuss the approach and treatment options to a number of eyelid conditions. We will also review enucleation techniques.
