Accomplishing the impossible: finding doctors in these impossible times
We will start with a brief therapy session commiserating over the current depressing state of veterinary recruiting and how we ended up here. This will be followed by (hopefully) some ideas on how to find, and ideally retain, talent. There are only a limited number of recruiting tools available. This session will remind you of some of the basics you may have forgotten and, even better yet, suggest some new ideas. We will also discuss how to make your positions more attractive to those looking for employment. (Just don’t expect this to be the panacea to your recruiting woes. I will not be providing a database of doctors looking for jobs. LOL.)
