This session explores the principles of contextualised care, and how these can be applied to maximise outcomes for patients, owners, and the veterinary care team.

- To understand how contextual care can help place the animal and their experiences more centrally in veterinary decision making
- To understand the relationship between the 'Gold standard' approach and contextualised care
