Audit for action: Shaping responsible antibiotic use in small animal practices in Devon & Cornwall

This project aims to reduce and rationalise prescribing behaviours in first opinion vets in Devon and Cornwall. We used clinical audits to monitor and then put various types & levels of intervention in place.
Three main points of focus are
1. Reduce Category B and C antibiotic use
2. Reduce triple therapy (ear topicals)
3. Reduce metronidazole use
