Join us for the new phase of veterinary care plans which include the whole team – Contextualised Care plans.
- Starting with the Orpet & Jeffrey care plan members of the Veterinary Humanities group will be exploring a Contextualised Care plan.
- For the whole care team come and share the different contexts of care we face. Then we will find a way with Contextualised Care Plans to:
- -Identify contexts
- -connect the contexts
- -communicate contexts
- -and create an appropriate care plan
