RVC Farm Theatre
Large Animal , Practice Management , Welfare

In this presentation, we hope to share how APHA’s farm animal diagnostic service acts to: firstly, identify new or re-emerging disease threats to Great Britain (GB), for example by assisting in the investigation of differential diagnoses of negated report cases; and, secondly, provide advice and support to veterinary surgeons to diagnose, control and prevent disease in farm animals. This will be explored through case examples of farm animal disease investigations completed by APHA.
