This is a deep dive session following the New Practice Academy panel discussion, which takes place in the Business Theatre at 15:00 - 15:50 on day 1, the 20th of November.
This 50-minute workshop gives delegates the chance to turn panel insights into practical action. In small groups, they’ll rotate between discussion tables hosted by our panellists, each focusing on a key financial aspect of starting and running a veterinary practice.
Each table will explore real-world challenges, share lessons learned, and identify tangible next steps. Attendees will leave with clearer priorities, new ideas, and practical confidence to move their own plans forward.
