This panel discussion explores the emotional and professional impact of the CMA investigation, acknowledging the challenges it presents. The session will focus on the many reasons to be proud of working at CVS; from being clinically led and committed to continuous improvement, to driving a culture of openness and learning. Panelists will share personal reflections and examples of how CVS teams make a meaningful difference every day, reinforcing our shared purpose and values.

  • 1. Reflect on the impact of external scrutiny (e.g. the CMA investigation) and how it shapes our professional identity and resilience.
  • 2. Recognise the core values that define CVS, including being clinically led, committed to continuous improvement, and focused on patient care.
  • 3. Celebrate the positive contributions of CVS teams, particularly in advancing culture, collaboration, and leadership in Quality Improvement across the profession.
