While a mental health perspective can be a useful lens through which to view individual employee health, this approach can be limited and problematic. For systemic, sustainable progress to staff wellbeing, veterinary practices need to view staff wellbeing and performance from an organisational-level perspective. Attendees will learn about the components of a psychologically healthy practice, and how this model relates to important staff and practice outcomes.
