Challenging vet visits – practical solutions: Setting up for success

A visit to the Veterinary Surgery can be a difficult experience for many pets and their carers. Simple changes to practice set up and management can make a real difference. In this session Emma will look at why animals struggle with vet visits and give practical tips on improving the experience. Consideration will be given to practice layout, managing consulting sessions and confidence building clinics.
