This session will consider the factors that may contribute to the development of stress-based behaviours in the veterinary setting. It will go on to offer suggestions relating to how we may recognise and understand these issues with both animal and human safety and welfare prioritised. The session will include practical suggestions to reduce stress pre-visit, during the visit and after the visit.
