Championing change to veterinary nursing and patient care in practice
In this session we will explore how veterinary nurses can actively champion change and lead meaningful improvement projects within practice - no matter what stage of their careers. Conferences such as LVS often leave us inspired and full of ideas, knowledge & new found skills - but how do we translate that new knowledge and skill into real, sustainable change? How do we identify what genuinely needs improving?
Leading change is not limited to those in senior roles. This session will demonstrate how the entire team can work collaboratively to enhance patient care, clinical standards, communication, and workplace culture.
Through relatable scenarios and practical approaches drawn from my experiences in everyday practice, we will discuss effective ways to navigate common challenges and drive continuous improvement.
