Getting 'unstuck' in veterinary practice - Lessons learnt from hitting the wall

The Studio
Two years ago, I was considering leaving the profession; now I am more committed than ever and am finding the enthusiasm I had lost. I know I am not the only vet in this position (indeed I am quite boring in how typical I am!) but I would like to share with the LVS audience what I have learnt from the process of 'getting unstuck'. The session will include concrete examples of where help can be sought alongside personal musings and anecdotes.
- - recognising the commonality in the frustration with the industry
- - the process of finding your own value set as the start to moving on
- - an acknowledgment that finding purpose does not always have to mean additional certification and difficult work
