You will also receive lunch vouchers upon the arrival at the event for both days. The Vouchers can be found in the centre of your voucher book, which will be in the delegate bag you collect upon arrival.
Packed lunch bags will be available from 11.30 am – 2.30pm in the Catering area. There are also other outlets in the venue, but if you prefer an alternative to your lunch bag, please inform us to avoid unnecessary waste.

The clinical proceedings for the clinical sessions will be available in the official show guide, which you will find in your delegate bag onsite.
Floorplan booklets of the event will be available in the entrance. This will help you to find your way around our new venue and will also indicate the catering points, the cloakroom, toilets, lecture theatres and exhibition location.
There is a cloakroom located just outside of the London Vet Show on level 0 by N4 & S4 and also in the entrance to S7. The fee is £1 per item for coats and luggage. Please be aware ExCeL will not store camera, laptops or other electronic devices.
BABES IN ARMS & CHILD POLICY
For the interest of everyone involved, the London Vet Show does not encourage delegates to bring their children. However the London Vet Show also acknowledges that sometimes this will need to be the case to look after the best interests of both the child and the parent. If the delegate would like to bring the newborn or toddler to the show, it will be fine to be in the halls in a harness or pram.
There is a general family room onsite at the venue which is available to all - near the S2 entrance. We also ask for any parents planning to bring their children to the show to fill in the form below in advance so we can make sure we can make sure that we can cover the health and safety paperwork for bringing kids into this environment.
Please not that you are requested not to eat or drink in the theatres. We reserve the right to ask delegates who do not comply with these requests to leave.
We will close theatres to new arrivals five minutes after each lecture has commenced and would kindly request that you remain in any lecture until it finishes to avoid disruption to your peers and our speakers.
Badges are not transferable and we will charge anyone wearing someone else's badge the full rate of attendance.
