“The best, buzzing, brilliant and brightest show in the veterinary industry!”
The London Vet Show is delighted to announce that the unique onsite delegate audience for 2023 was 6,039 and combined with the onsite exhibitor audience the overall unique attendance for the 2023 edition was 9,316 – making it the biggest edition to date.
“It’s been a record-breaking year for London Vet Show in so many ways” said Harry Norman, Group Event Director for London Vet Show “It’s easy to try and define the success of this year’s show by the huge amount of you who wanted to be part of it, more than in any other year, but I believe that only tells part of the story. “
The exhibition floor was buzzing from open to finish, with delegates from all over the country and overseas treading that famous pink carpet. “London Vet Show has been our central exhibition on our calendars for 10-years now and it is where all veterinarians and vet professionals come to see the latest and greatest. iM3 has grown alongside London Vet Show and we’ve never been busier at our stand this year!” Craig Evans, iM3, UKI
“This year’s been amazing, and our booth has been very, very busy! We spoke to vets and clinic managers from places like Malta and as far as Australia, where we’ve got a couple of high-intent leads as well as decision-makers we sold directly to for some of our products. The London Vet Show is simply fabulous and wonderful, I’m definitely returning next year!” Amanda Neilson, Pet Cremation Services, UK
Despite being in its 14th edition, a theme for this year’s London Vet Show could be described as innovation, with four brand new features- unveiling a new groundbreaking theatre, The Modern Veterinary Practice Academy by Veterinary IT Services that delivered immersive collaborative and dynamic sessions, regarding the utilisation of technology with huge success. The New Practice Academy in collaboration with NVS Group a carefully curated initiative supporting the evolving needs of veterinary professionals with the knowledge and skills to open their independent veterinary practices saw incredible interaction. Dedicated to nurturing community connections and career development the Vets Stay Go Diversify Experience linked delegates with a conference buddy, helped in finding career mentors, and fostering meaningful connections through a unique show trail on both days. Celebrating the industry, the first ever Brightmind’s Awards joined the line up alongside the Vet Show’s 30 Under Thirty accolading the tireless efforts of those who toil diligently behind the scenes to make the profession better.
The conference programme, hosting over 400 speakers covering both clinical and non-clinical content from giants of the education industry including the RVC, BVA, BEVA and saw record attendance, with hands-on Wet Labs, Community Masterminds and Wellbeing sessions also seeing un-paralleled turn-out, proving the London Vet Show truly is the place for balancing both world-class knowledge and re uniting the veterinary community.
Delegate feedback reflected the variety and strength of offering at this year’s show: “The London Vet Show is a great opportunity to meet with colleagues from all corners of our profession to learn and share ideas. It's a hugely positive event and it reminds me that we are part of a great profession full of hard-working and talented individuals all working to improve animal health.” Alex Just, Vet, Okeford Vet Centre
“London Vet Show is a must-have on my yearly calendar, the level of CPD and a mix of large and small suppliers and industry giants... It's not to be missed” Hannah Olliff-Lee, Pennard Vets
Echoing the praising feedback, Harry tried to sum up the two incredible days: “In short, the success of London Vet Show this year is simply a reflection of the strength of the profession and your continued commitment to stand and be together. As organizers, we are truly humbled by how many of you choose to spend your time at the event, and as a result are 100% committed to continuing to make London Vet Show everything the profession needs.
The London Vet Show returns on 14-15 November 2024 at ExCeL London and BVA Live takes place on 6-7 June at the NEC Birmingham.
