18 months on: Granta Veterinary Specialists and the power of care without compromise

In the past 18 months, the hospital has expanded into a full-service specialist centre, offering expertise across oncology, medicine, surgery, cardiology, anaesthesia, dermatology, neurology and beyond. This breadth allows for collaboration across disciplines, ensuring that even most complex cases benefit from joined-up, evidence-based care.

Work is also underway on the installation of an in-house MRI scanner, the next step in building diagnostic capability. For patients and owners, it will mean fewer delays and reduced stress. For referring vets, it will offer confidence that cases can be investigated and managed swiftly, with results that guide the very best outcomes. In-house MRI is not just an investment in technology; it is a statement of intent to continually raise the standard of care available.

Yet technology is only part of their story. What has truly defined Granta in the past 18 months is its people.
