30 Under Thirty Alumni Group: A Legacy That Keeps Growing
What began as a cohort of 30 promising veterinary professionals in 2022, has now evolved into a thriving network of 42 alumni committed to shaping the future of the industry. Three 30 Under Thirty cohorts later, these individuals have come together from various cohorts to form the 30 Under Thirty Alumni Group, ensuring that the passion, innovation, and collaboration sparked by the initiative continue to thrive. Last month, the group convened for the first time, proving that while some members may have moved beyond the ‘under 30’ label, their passion and dedication remain unwavering.
A Movement, Not Just a Milestone
This alumni group is more than a reunion; it represents a continued commitment to progress and collaboration. Its purpose is to create a platform where:
- Expertise is shared – A collective resource of knowledge, experience, and innovation for veterinary professionals and practices.
- The next generation is inspired – A mentorship network designed to guide and support future veterinary leaders.
- Collaboration drives progress – A space for partnerships with professionals eager to push the profession forward.
Looking Ahead
With Pioneer as the founding partner of the 30 Under Thirty initiative and alumni group ambassador and representative Molly Fiander playing a key role in its development, this group is harnessing its collective influence to turn individual recognition into lasting industry impact. Those involved see this as an opportunity to continue growing, connecting, and shaping the profession in meaningful ways.
For aspiring veterinary professionals, the alumni network offers ongoing guidance and encouragement beyond the initial 30 Under Thirty programme, providing a platform to connect, inspire, and share opportunities for the future.
