IDEXX Returns to the London Vet Show 2026 as a Diamond Sponsor, with Cancer Screening for Lymphoma in the Spotlight

LONDON, Oct. 6 – The London Vet Show, Europe's largest veterinary exhibition and conference, is pleased to announce that IDEXX is returning as a Diamond Sponsor for 2026, with cancer screening for lymphoma in the spotlight. IDEXX has been part of the show for more than 15 years.
This year, the team will spotlight the IDEXX Cancer Dx™ Panel at stand B50. The blood-based panel launched with lymphoma screening across the United Kingdom, Europe, and Australia this year, following its North America rollout in 2025. Today, more than 11,000 clinics worldwide have used the test. Additional Cancer Dx news is expected ahead of the show.

Bringing cancer screening into routine wellness visits represents a new chapter for the profession. Routine blood work has long helped veterinarians find disease before a pet looks unwell, but cancer has largely stayed outside that model. IDEXX Cancer Dx is designed to fit into the wellness visit that is already taking place, using the same blood sample and workflow when added to a wellness profile.
"For years, we've been able to investigate cancer once we suspect it. But every veterinarian knows how difficult it is to tell a family their dog has cancer, especially when we wish we could have found it sooner," said Dr. Jason Johnson, Chief Medical Officer at IDEXX. "With Cancer Dx, veterinarians can discuss cancer screening as part of a dog's routine wellness visit. It gives them an opportunity to look for cancer earlier, while a dog still appears healthy."
IDEXX recommends Cancer Dx for all senior dogs aged seven and older. Some breeds, including Golden Retrievers, Boxers, Labrador Retrievers, among others, face higher risk earlier, and for these dogs the screening window can open as early as age four.
