Inside the exhibitor experience: Bella+Duke’s success at the London Vet Show
In the second episode of ‘Inside the exhibitor experience’, we speak to Bella+Duke on how they used their stand to spark conversations, educate on raw feeding, and connect with the veterinary community. By combining product expertise with powerful in-person engagement, they turned interest into action.
Q: Can you tell us about Bella+Duke and what inspired you to exhibit at the London Vet Show?
We go all in for pet wellbeing, with a mission to get a million pets off ultra-processed food and empower both pet owners and veterinary professionals in choosing a nutritionally balanced, safe and natural diet for pets. For us, that means fresher ingredients, less processing and more nutrition. We understand that the veterinary profession plays a crucial role in supporting pet owners looking after their pets, and that includes choosing the right diet for them. We also know that raw feeding hasn’t always had the best reputation in the veterinary profession, However, as more and more pet owners are choosing to feed their pets a raw diet , as shown by a recent BVA study that showed 94% of companion animal vets had clients that fed raw, we know how increasingly important it is to engage with veterinary professionals, to understand their views, and alleviate their concerns. We saw the London Vet Show as the perfect opportunity to show them how we at Bella+Duke promote safe and nutritionally balanced diets with our range of raw meals. The show gives us the chance to connect directly with those in practice and discuss how we can work together to support pet owners and overall pet wellbeing.
Q: Did you implement any specific strategies to maximise your presence at the London Vet Show? If so, what worked best?
Yes, our strategy focused on welcoming visitors to chat to us as well as providing educational materials about raw feeding with Bella+Duke with 3 main focuses:
- Education: Offering educational materials and showcasing scientific research as well as fostering in-depth discussions with our veterinary team around raw feeding and the impact it can have on pet wellbeing.
- Experience: Creating an inviting, informative stand that encouraged interaction and allowed us to display the product so visitors could see it first hand as well as providing an opportunity for them to share their thoughts and experiences with us.
- Connection: Ensuring our team included our own veterinary professionals and nutrition experts, so they could speak peer-to-peer with attendees.
What worked best was our hands-on, consultative approach — people appreciated that we weren’t just promoting a product, but advocating a healthier lifestyle for pets backed by real data and success stories.

Q: How did exhibiting at the London Vet Show for the past 2 years help raise awareness of your brand within the veterinary industry?
Being present at the London Vet Show for the last two years has significantly elevated our visibility and credibility within the veterinary community. It gave us a platform to showcase the science behind raw feeding, dispel common myths, and highlight the positive health outcomes we've seen across thousands of pets as well as direct visitors to further education and resources provided by us to help them support their clients. Each year, we’ve seen more recognition, more follow-up conversations with clinics, and increased interest in our CPD, referral and retail options. It’s helped position Bella+Duke not just as a food provider, but as a trusted raw feeding partner for the veterinary profession.
Q: Can you share a standout moment or key highlight from your time at the London Vet Show?
One standout moment was when we hosted a lecture in the “Food for Thought” stream the first year we attended which was very well attended with no empty seats left. During the lecture, we had a very engaged audience who asked questions, had informative discussions and even had many veterinary professionals advocate that they themselves had seen the difference a raw diet made to pets they had seen in practice.
