We’re excited to announce that Kernow Vets Messaging will be at Stand K61 at this year’s London Vet Show, 20–21 November at ExCeL London. Our team will be on hand to chat about all things communication, client care, and how we can help lighten the load for busy practice teams.

We’ll also be introducing our brand-new Nurse-Led Live Web Chat service – a fresh way for practices to stay connected with clients online, designed and supported by registered veterinary nurses.

And because no visit to Kernow is complete without a little Cornish charm, we’ll be running our popular Cornish hamper giveaway, packed with local goodies from home.

Kernow Vets Messaging, the dedicated veterinary answering service trusted by practices across the UK, is heading back to the London Vet Show 2025 at ExCeL London on 20–21 November. You’ll find the team on Stand K61, ready to chat about all things communication, client care, and how to take some pressure off busy practice teams.

For more than 30 years, Kernow has supported practices with out-of-hours and overflow call answering, lone worker monitoring, and emergency response handling. Every call is answered by trained veterinary call agents who understand the importance of empathy, accuracy, and calm reassurance at every moment.

This year, the Kernow team will also be introducing their brand-new Nurse-Led Live Web Chat service. Created alongside experienced registered veterinary nurses and overseen by a qualified vet, the service helps practices engage with clients online in a professional, clinically informed way. It’s designed for clients who prefer typing to talking, and for teams who want to provide great care without adding more to their workload.
