The London Vet Show 2025 Makes History with Its Biggest Edition Yet
Delegates from across the globe joined leading exhibitors and renowned speakers, reaffirming the Show’s status as the must-attend annual gathering for the veterinary community. This year welcomed 6,729 attendees from 60 countries, alongside 417 exhibitors and 487 world-class speakers.
Two Days of High-Impact Learning, Networking, and Discovery
The London Vet Show 2025 offered its most comprehensive conference programme to date, covering clinical, business, and professional development. Across more than 30 educational theatres, delegates enjoyed 352 hours of insight from top specialists, researchers, and thought leaders.
The Royal Veterinary College opened the event with a keynote on dentistry by Williana Basuki, followed by the debut of the RVC Farm Theatre and a wide range of clinical sessions. Hands-on workshops by Central CPD explored TECA, Bulla Osteotomy, BOAS procedures, and practical Critical Thinking.
Friday 21 November saw standing-room-only crowds for Professor Brian Cox’s headline session, Life in the Universe, leaving delegates inspired, curious, and reminded of the profound scientific wonder at the heart of veterinary medicine.
New Features and Expanded Learning
Several new features energised the programme, including CVS Learning Live, offering cutting-edge clinical insights and practical strategies; the Zomedica Insights Theatre with US experts on pain management, cardiology, and minimally invasive surgery and a new Equine Referral Stream for equine specialists.
The new Locum Zone provided guidance on flexible working, while the new Distribution and Partner Programme offered matchmaking opportunities for distributors and exhibitors to connect and explore collaborations.
New sponsor Heidi supported the Business Lab on recruitment, marketing, wellbeing, culture, and client relationships, alongside the packed Business Theatre on retention, innovation, finance, and AI. Sustainability featured prominently, with Vet Sustain and IVC Evidensia showcasing over 50 practical measures to make practices greener.
These complemented established theatres such as the Modern Veterinary Practice Theatre, the IDEXX Advanced Diagnostics Stream, Zoetis Learning Academy and the IVC Evidensia Theatre, giving delegates a richer and more diverse learning experience.
Also new this year, The Studio created a vibrant hub for veterinary professionals to develop ideas, spark discussion, and launch innovative projects, amplifying new voices within the profession.

Celebrating Veterinary Excellence
The show concluded with the prestigious Petplan Veterinary Awards, recognising outstanding clinical care, innovation, and leadership. The fourth annual 30 Under Thirty ceremony, in collaboration with Pioneer Veterinary Products, celebrated early-career leaders and awarded a memorable trip to Fiji through the Worldwide Veterinary Service competition.
“I’m honoured to be part of the Class of 2025 30 Under 30. It’s a privilege to be recognised alongside so many talented individuals in our profession.
