Following huge popularity from its introduction in 2021, The Noble Future’s Career Drop-In Sessions are returning for 2022, with more of the team on hand to support you and your career!

Would you love a few moments to understand what opportunities your career can have or where it could grow? What potential roles are available, whether you’re continuing in practice or moving into industry? Would you like to know CV tips and tricks that will help your applications stand out from the crowd? 

These are all questions that the Noble Futures recruitment team will be on hand to answer during your visit to London Vet Show 2022!

For so many at the event, the 2 days can be a whirlwind of CPD, talks and visiting stands, so we wanted to make things a little easier for you to plan in a dedicated time, for when you can grab one of our fantastic team for a few questions.

During the hour, you can drop by at any point and find the full team on hand, available to all delegates to meet, talk and answer your questions and queries. 

On hand to answer your questions will be: 

Tony Noble – CEO and Founder of Noble Futures.

From launching the business 20 years ago, Tony is a wealth of insight and knowledge on the industry and where your career can lead to. Tony’s earlier career included equine, sales and business management, and since the launch of Noble Futures, he has helped 1,000s across the industry in finding their next dream career step and will be available to support you in all your career queries. 

Kay Ritchie – Recruitment Consultant.

Kay’s passion for the animal health and veterinary industry comes from her early career as a veterinary nurse. Following her impressive career in practice, Kay progressed on to Animal Health sales with some of the industry’s biggest leaders before becoming one of Noble Future’s leading recruitment team. This brilliant career history has allowed Kay to be the perfect partner to so many candidates making that initial move out of practice and beyond.  

Jane Righton – Recruitment Consultant.

Jane’s impressive career includes a huge wealth of experience across the agricultural industries, the army and in recruitment, helping people find their next dream role. Since joining Noble Futures, Jane is a go-to for many candidates as a relied resource for support,  knowledge and a confident hand in helping them achieve their career goals. From questions on CVs to what roles are available, Jane will be on hand to answer all your questions. 

Laura Smith – Recruitment Consultant.

With a degree in International Equine & Agricultural Business Management from the Royal Agricultural University, Laura’s impressive career has covered Sales, Brand Management and Recruitment. Her passions lie in finding the perfect match for every opportunity, and since joining Noble Futures, Laura has received many fantastic testimonials crediting her support and knowledge for candidates through the interviewing process.

Georgie Wilton – Recruitment Consultant.

From guiding a business through the first stage to the final hire, Georgie works with a true understanding of her clients and their business, so she is the perfect person to offer advice on where and what might be the next great career step for you. Alongside her strong career history in talent sourcing, Georgie has an experienced background and continued passion for the Equine & Pet industries. Bryan Hamilton – Commercial Manager

Bryan has joined Noble Futures with 30 years + of experience in Sales Management and L&D roles within the Pharmaceutical, Animal Health and Agriculture industries. With this knowledge, Bryan will be able to offer advice and support to all candidates looking to grow and develop their career within the industry. His fantastic career evolution allows Bryan to support you in looking at the bigger picture of your career, using your working style to your advantage and sharing his insights on the best opportunities available.

Sophie Harper – Operations and Marketing Director.

Sophie will be available to help any candidates wanting to register with Noble Futures, guiding you on how to upload your CV on our instant candidate profile builder and how to get alerts for any potential roles that may be of interest to you.
