Celebrating the next generation of veterinary leaders, The London Vet Show is delighted to announce that nominations are now open for the 30 Under Thirty Class of 2026, inviting the veterinary community to recognise and celebrate exceptional young professionals who are shaping the future of animal health and welfare.
Now entering its fifth year, the prestigious programme is a sought-after accolade within the profession, recognising individuals who demonstrate leadership, innovation, dedication and a commitment to driving positive change across the veterinary sector.
Since its launch in 2022, the initiative has celebrated 120 outstanding veterinary professionals, creating a thriving alumni network of emerging leaders from across the industry. Whether they're pioneering new approaches to patient care, championing wellbeing within the profession, advancing research or inspiring colleagues and communities, the London Vet Show's 30 Under Thirty programme shines a spotlight on the individuals making an impact early in their careers.
"Nurturing the future of the veterinary profession has always been at the heart of the London Vet Show," said Harry Norman, Portfolio Director at the London Vet Show. "Over the past four years, we've had the privilege of recognising 120 extraordinary young professionals whose passion, innovation and commitment continue to inspire the wider veterinary community. We are excited to open nominations once again and discover the next 30 individuals who are helping shape the future of the industry."

Nominations are open to veterinary professionals aged 29 and under, or those turning 30 during 2026. Individuals can nominate themselves or be nominated by colleagues, mentors, managers, peers or friends.
The selected 30 Under Thirty Class of 2026 will gain recognition across the London Vet Show community and join an influential network of alumni, benefiting from exclusive opportunities to connect, collaborate and develop throughout the year.
