This, in conjunction with the correct practice management systems, will help to retain staff and create more stable teams and a more settled industry as a whole. Firstly, I see all of my team as members of the Supreme family. The success of the company has not just come from the work I have done, but I owe a lot to the continued dedication of all my team. My brother-in-law Nick Gray joined in 2020 and has been instrumental to the company culture. By being a family run company, we are able to set a culture that focusses on truly caring about everyone who works with us. I have a deep love and respect for everyone who works for SSS on our recruitment teams, and all the support staff that have helped me to see my dream of creating a lovely place to work, come to life.
