Amanda Joy Oates is the Managing Director of Cultivating Restorative Cultures and a renowned leader / speaker on Restorative Just Culture in practice. She is a fellow Board Director of the Restorative Just Culture Foundation and a former NHS Chief People Officer/ Deputy CEO and co author of “Restorative Just Culture in Practice”.
