Andrew qualified as a veterinary surgeon from Bristol University in 1990. He worked in general practice and then for a number of pharmaceutical companies fulfilling technical support and management roles. He then spent 20 years at the heart of a community of independent veterinary practices. He now works as an independent consultant, supporting the next generation of business owners to build better futures. He enjoys mountain walking and continues to practise turning wood.
