Andy has over 30 years’ experience in the veterinary sector both as a practicing small animal vet and as a leader and practice owner. He is now an award-winning international speaker, trainer, facilitator and mentor focusing on enhancing leadership, team building, strategic thinking and culture through his consultancy, Andy Green Consulting. Andy also works with Vet Dynamics as a mentor and business development consultant, and is a Director of Pennard Vets, an award-winning Employee-Owned small animal practice, where he is currently Chair of their Employee Ownership Trust Board.
