Bailey Surtees is the co-founder and CEO of Kubanda Cryotherapy. Her expertise spans bioengineering instrumentation and design, with a focus on prosthetics and novel medical devices for diverse markets. Surtees has leveraged both her technical background and business acumen to bring her research in novel cryotherapy technology out of Johns Hopkins and to the veterinary market.
She is deeply passionate about bringing accessible technology to traditionally underserved patient populations and loves translating her foundational cryotherapy research into a tangible positive impact on patients' lives.
