With vast experience within ECC nursing, management and teaching. Employed at the RVC, for 16 years as a senior nurse of the ECC department and a clinical educator. Here she taught undergraduates, veterinary surgeons and nurses in ECC. The first nurse in England to gain the prestigious technician specialist qualification in ECC. She was the first director of nursing for a corporate veterinary company in the world with 2000 nurses. Belinda was awarded the international Dr Earl Rippie scholarship for veterinary nursing leadership and is a chartered fellow of the management institute. In Covid times, she became a NHS senior manager and set up/ managed a Covid mass vaccination program for Dorset. She has also successfully performed veterinary business consultancy and is now Head of Veterinary nursing operation for Hello Vet a brand new group of veterinary practices.
