Ben qualified from Liverpool Vet School in 2007 and has worked exclusively in farm animal veterinary medicine his whole career. He became secretary of the Goat Veterinary Society in 2012 and delivers goat related CPD and consultancy throughout the UK, alongside running his own farm animal veterinary practice in the Lake District. Ben has a keen interest in all aspects of goat medicine and has published peer reviewed work on goat scrapie. Much of Ben’s time as GVS secretary is taken up responding to enquiries for help and advice on goat matters from both practising vets and goat keepers, that are able to contact Ben direct via the gvs.enquiries@gmail.com email address
