Bill joined CVS as a New Graduate vet in 2017. After spending his first few years working in a busy 24-hour hospital, Bill went on to become a Senior Clinical Director responsible for overseeing 3 sites before joining the central Clinical Business Systems team in 2024 as Operation Support Lead for the PMS and practice digital integrations. Bill is passionate about leveraging technology to improve patient clinical care in ways that minimise additional practice colleague workload whilst simultaneously improving practice commercial performance.
