Cate graduated from the RVC in 2005. After initially dabbling in the world of mixed practice, she became a solely small animal practitioner early in her career. In 2010 she became a Clinic Director and started her formal leadership studies which culminated in her gaining chartered manager status in 2023. In April 2024 she took over her own practice in the Northeast and is enjoying watching her practice develop.
