Charlotte graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2014 and began her career in rural mixed practice in New Zealand, where working with tough farm dogs sparked her interest in small animal surgery. She returned to the UK for internships at Lumbry Park Veterinary Specialists and the Royal Veterinary College, continuing at the RVC for her residency. Now an RCVS and EBVS® Recognised Specialist and Lecturer in Small Animal Surgery, Charlotte divides her time between the Orthopaedic and Soft Tissue teams, enjoying the balance of complex surgery, teaching, and mentoring the next generation of veterinary surgeons and specialists.
