Chiara graduated from Milan University in 2009, then worked in first opinion small animal practice and as clinical pathologist for a few years. In 2014 Chiara moved to Scotland to undertake a residency in Clinical Pathology at the University of Edinburgh. Chiara obtained her Fellow of the Royal College of Pathologists (FRCPath) certification in 2018, followed by the Diploma of the European College of Veterinary Clinical Pathology (DipECVCP) in 2019. After finishing the residency, Chiara worked as Lecturer in Veterinary Clinical Pathology at the University of Edinburgh from 2017 until August 2021, when she joined the IDEXX team.
