Chris has worked in senior leadership roles for a number of veterinary groups over the last 16 years and is a Director of the Veterinary Management Group (VMG). He currently provides leadership development and soft skills training alongside consultancy and project management services within the veterinary sector (www.mongreltrainingandconsulting.com), where he applies fresh, evidence-based knowledge and a practical action-oriented approach to improving people's capabilities and resolving practice challenges.
