Claire has 40 years experience of teaching and working in a veterinary environment. In 2001 she gained a postgraduate diploma in Companion Animal Behaviour Counselling, later becoming an ASAB Accredited CCAB and completed her MSc in 2006. She is Hon. Secretary of the Fellowship of Animal Behaviour Clinicians, has advised the Welsh Assembly regarding canine emotional welfare, she was on the expert panel of the Canine Welfare Advisory Council and was part of the lecturing team for Newcastle University’s MSc in Applied Animal Behaviour and Welfare. Claire has a behaviour practice offering support to referring veterinary practices from throughout Wales.
