Clare is a Registered Veterinary Nurse who has been working in the profession since qualifying in 2004. She is currently the People Development Manager at Medivet, where she leads on a wide range of initiatives to support the learning, growth, and career development of veterinary professionals across the organisation. With a career spanning over two decades, Clare has held several key roles, including Head Nurse, Practice Manager, and Lecturer in Veterinary Nursing. These roles have given her a deep understanding of the clinical, operational, and educational aspects of veterinary practice, as well as the challenges and opportunities faced by teams on the ground. Her passion lies in empowering individuals to discover and pursue their own career paths, whether clinical, leadership, or beyond, and she is a strong advocate for creating inclusive, supportive environments where people at all stages of their careers can thrive.
