Colette graduated from the RVC in 1996 and worked in small animal practice for four years. Following a period working in industry, where she developed interests in anaesthesia and ethics, Colette joined the Animal Health Trust and gained the European Diploma in Veterinary Anaesthesia and Analgesia in 2006. Colette was Head of Anaesthesia at the AHT from 2010 to 2020. She is currently Head of Anaesthesia at Anderson Moores Veterinary Specialists in Hampshire. She is an RCVS and European Recognised Specialist in Veterinary Anaesthesia and Analgesia and became a Fellow of the RCVS in 2022.
