Dan has worked in referral hospitals for the last 8 years initially working in internal medicine, oncology and dermatology but now he specifically only works in dermatology. He achieved his BSAVA Dermatology award and accredited nutrition certificate nutrition in 2019 and in 2023, he achieved his MSc in animal nutrition. In 2025 he achieved his specialist nurse qualification in Dermatology making him the very first and only RVN in the UK and Europe to achieve this. Dan enjoys performing dermatology procedures, intradermal skin testing, skin biopsies and video-otoendoscopy. He likes managing patients with multi-resistant ear infections and seeing his patients improve.
