Donna is a former Scotland Women’s Rugby International, capped 115 times for Scotland, currently the most capped Scottish player. She is also a seasoned commercial executive in the veterinary sector with over 30 years of experience. Renowned for her leadership skills, she has consistently driven growth and cultivated successful teams. Donna now works for “The Vet Consultancy” as a Performance Coach and Business Consultant alongside Gill Burkhill and Nicki Daw. Donna believes that business can learn a lot from high performance sports teams and she uses this unique approach when tackling and solving issues in veterinary practice.
