Qualifying from the RVC in 2014, Gemma has undertaken many roles in the small animal veterinary world including clinical coach, new graduate mentor and clinical director. In 2021 Gemma joined Vet Dynamics after realising her purpose was in developing teams and practices, encouraging and supporting them to thrive. With a wide variety of interests, she wants to instil the mindset that if you do right by your people, you will do right by your practice. And most importantly, do right by the patients. Gemma is also a Director for the Veterinary Management Group (VMG).
