Dr Rob White
Rob is Professor of Small Animal Surgery at the School of Veterinary Medicine and Science, University of Nottingham. Rob has spent his career practicing and teaching in the field of small animal soft tissue surgery, having worked in academia, private practice and industry. He is a Diplomate of the European College of Veterinary Surgeons and holds the RCVS Diploma in Small Animal Surgery (Soft Tissue). More recently, in 2020, he was awarded the Higher Doctorate of Science from the University of Nottingham for his research into congenital portosystemic shunts – the main area of his clinical interest throughout his career.
