Over the past 2 years Chris and Liz have taken Bay Vet Group through a transformational change starting with a vision, mission and values and building a new culture within the team. Alongside this culture change a turn around of the financial success of the business has also been achieved. Chris holds a veterinary business management certificate from Liverpool University and Liz is a Member of the Institute of Leadership and Management and is a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager. Outside of work Chris is a radio presenter for Palm Torbay, Cub Scout Leader and Cricket coach. Liz enjoys growing flowers and helps run the famous Widdicombe Fair (Tom Cobbly and all!)
