Dr Emily Nightingale is the Director and Principal Vet of Nightingale Vets, a lovingly created independent companion animal practice in Suffolk, which she opened in 2023. With over two decades of experience, Emily is passionate about all things veterinary, championing the human-animal bond and ‘One Health’ principles. She is a published author, educator, and speaker including LVS 2025 and the Vet Mums Who Own conference, and appears regularly on television and radio. Nightingale Vets was shortlisted amongst the top 25 UK veterinary practices in 2024 and was runner-up in the SPVS UK start-ups category in 2025. Her focus is on how compassionate communication can improve the lives of those caring for the pets our veterinary teams are devoted to.
