Emma qualified from the Royal Veterinary College in 2006 and completed an internship at Bell Equine Veterinary Clinic. She spent eight years at Endell Equine Hospital, gaining her Certificate in Equine Internal Medicine in 2013. Emma returned to Bell Equine and became the Head of Ambulatory in 2019. She also served as the CVS Equine Wellbeing Lead, developing her passion for team support and creating a positive workplace culture. In 2024, she completed the Level 5 Leadership and Management Certificate, supporting her focus on management and coaching to build collaborative and sustainable teams.
