Fiona Lovatt runs Flock Health Ltd, a sheep veterinary consultancy business (www.flockhealth.co.uk) that works collaboratively with vets, farmers, processors, retailers and pharmaceutical companies, primarily in UK but also overseas. She is a European-recognised Veterinary Specialist in Small Ruminants, a clinical associate professor at the University of Nottingham, a past president of the Sheep Veterinary Society and she currently chairs the UK Sheep Antibiotic Guardian Group. As founder of the Flock Health Club concept and Clinical Lead for the RCVS Knowledge-led collaborative initiative, Farm Vet Champions, she is passionate about enthusing farm vets to actively engage with farmers through principles that embrace best practice preventative measures and responsible medicine use.
