Gonçalo da Graça Pereira is a veterinarian challenging how we understand animal behaviour and welfare. With a Master’s in Clinical Ethology and Animal Welfare and a PhD in Veterinary Science, he is a European Board of Veterinary Specialisation (EBVS) Specialist in Behavioural Medicine and Diplomate in Animal Welfare Science, Ethics and Legislation (AWSEL) of the European College of Animal Welfare and Behavioural Medicine (ECAWBM). Former President of the ECAWBM and current Vice-President of the European Society of Veterinary
Clinical Ethology (ESVCE), he serves as Portuguese National Representative at EBVS. Founder of PsiAnimal and Professor at Egas Moniz School of Health and Science.
